Our policy is to take the time to understand our client’s exact needs before making a recommendation on the most suitable product or installation service to meet their needs.
We will not sell any AV equipment or undertake any AV installation work that we cannot provide or feel is beyond our capabilities and skill set. If we are for some reason unable to directly provide you with a product or service we will do our best to advise you accordingly. In short we won’t take your money and run just because you came to us, our reputation and your satisfaction is of great importance to us. We regularly carry out work on behalf of other reputable audiovisual and IT companies e.g. Electroboard and Sanyo.
